The article considers the possibilities of using geoinformation systems and remote land sensing in detecting development degradation processes soil cover. use satellite technologies for detection timely response to these requires information availability a database. environmental safety system is aimed at forecasting preventing emergency situations technogenic ecological nature. It includes models algorithms, as well allocation resources take immediate action event such situations, about potential hazards, risks possible consequences.
